The HEBREW BLOCK LETTERS series was part of several series of acrylic paintings designed to portray, through the use of illegible texts, persistent world chaos. I created the series in 2023, when I was 94 years old. In the present series, the illegibility is due primarily to the fact that Hebrew letters are superimposed upon one another. These paintings were created via the ancient art of stenciling.
